4. Wishlists, Wishes & Reservations
- You may create wishlists and add wishes for upcoming life moments.
- Public wishlists are visible to anyone with the link; private wishlists are visible only to your accepted friends.
- Reserving a gift is a courteous indication of intent — Azulaa does not process payments or guarantee delivery.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, post unlawful or infringing content, attempt to access another user’s data without consent, or interfere with the platform’s normal operation.
6. Intellectual Property
All Azulaa branding, design, and software is owned by Azulaa or its licensors. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant Azulaa a limited license to host and display it as needed to operate the Services.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time from the settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
